OPENJDK (Application)


OpenJDK (Open Java Development Kit) is a free and open source implementation of the Java Platform, Standard Edition (Java SE). Both the runtime environment and developement tools rpms are installed on sharcnet clusters. The rpms are provided by the operating system software stack hence the java and javac commands are available by default.
