| Abstract |
Six faking parameters were manipulated in this MonteCarlo investigation examining the impact of faking on thecriterion-related validity of Conscientiousness for predict-ing job performance. The results suggest that the strengthand direction of the impact of faking on validity is depend-ent on all 6 faking parameters and their interactions. |
