Compute Ontario Research Day 2015 is being organized at the Cambridge campus of Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning:

Travel by Car

The campus is accessible from Macdonald-Cartier Freeway (i.e. the 401) by exit 275. If traveling from the Toronto area, turn left from exit 275 on to Homer Watson Boulevard and continue straight to Fountain Street South. If traveling from the London area, turn right from exit 275 on to Fountain Street South. In either case, continue straight until the first roundabout and then turn left to Conestoga's Cambridge campus.

After entering the campus from Fountain Street South, continue driving straight and then turn right on the first roundabout. After the turn, the parking lots are then located beside the building on your left. Please use parking lot 2 or 3 for free conference parking and refer to campus site plan for more details.

Travel by Public Transit

Intercity transit service is provided by GO Transit, VIA Rail Canada, Greyhound Canada, and Coach Canada.

Locally, Conestoga's Cambridge campus is accessible using Grand River Transit route 61. If traveling from Kitchener or Waterloo, use route 10 from Fairview Park or route 16 from Forest Glen to Conestoga's Kitchener campus, and then transfer to route 61 to get to the Cambridge campus. If traveling from Cambridge, use route 61, which departs Cambridge Centre for Conestoga's Cambridge campus.

Local taxi service is provided by City Cabs, United Taxi, Golden Triangle Taxi, and Waterloo Taxi.

The Conference Venue

If you have arrived to the conference using Grand River Transit then enter the building using door 1 or 2. Door 3 may be used by those that have parked their vehicle on parking lot 2 or 3. Please refer to the campus site plan for the entrance locations.

After entering the building, continue walking straight to the reception area in order to register your attendance and obtain your name tag and conference brochure. Please refer to the campus' ground level floor plan for more information. Breakfast will be served in the food service area, and the conference opening remarks and invited presentations will take place in room A1203. Contributed presentations will take place in rooms A1326 and A2107. Poster presentations will be set up in the hall that connects the reception area to the food services area. Refer to the program for more information on the times of these events.
