Lectures were very well organized. Lecturers efficient in teaching the material, lecturers were active, engaged teachers. Organizers were helpful, and friendly.

Some of the material was a bit advanced for me, but overall the experience (especially the programming with MPI modules) was definitely worthwhile. Well-organized.

It was a good crash course in the principles of high performance computing, the hands-on examples were very helpful. The accomodations were also well organized. I'm very glad I attended.

The course was very well organized and I learned a lot even though I had been running parallel apps for some time now. Maybe some programming homework for the next edition? I also would have preferred working on Linux boxes as opposed to emulators. It was nice to get your own suite at the residence but they were not really clean. Found several lumps of hair on the carpet, even a couple of nails and staples. One chair in the kitchen had some pretty disgusting huge stains on it. It's also not possible to dial 1-800 numbers, which is odd. The breakfast lounge is really tiny and the three tables fill up fast. You have to show up very early to get a seat. The two days the rugby teams were there we ran out of food and had to go without breakfast. Lunch was good.
