Call for Oral Presentations and Posters

We invite abstracts for contributed oral presentations and posters.

Oral presentations will be 20 minutes in length (15 minutes lecture + 5 minutes questions).

The theme of SHARCFEST Research Day 2009 is "HPC Innovation for Rresearch". We encourage you to address in your presentation or poster how you use HPC methods and SHARCNET infrastructure to advance your research, in addition to a description of the domain-specific research results you may describe.

Important dates:
April 28: deadline for abstracts - contributed oral presentations
May 6: notification of acceptance for contributed oral presentations - final program released
May 6 (extended to May 21, 9:00am): deadline for online abstract submission - posters

Note: Oral presentation is limited to 1 per attendee. When you submit an abstract for a contributed oral presentation, you can specify that you want to present your work as a poster in case your submission is not selected for oral presentation.
